 |
| These are
some pics from last year’s hunts. Big Jerry
Butler was lucky enough to draw both antelope in
the Lenard Creek area and deer (as party) in the
Jarbidge area. Both hunts were fantastic, although
short. Less than one day for Big Jerry to bag the
antelope. For all three of us to get our deer in
the Jarbidge area only required 4 days, 1 day scouting
and the next day was Jerrys, the next day was Rick
Chambers’s deer, ant the 4th day Big Jerry
got his nice bucks. The big game season last year
could not have been any better. - Jerry Butler |

| A few photos
from the fishing derby at City View Park in N. Las
Vegas on March 7, 2009. I am the volunteer that
was teaching kids to cast, there was a quiet time
while the fishing was going good so Ronald Mc Donald
came over to try and get more kids to try the backyard
bass casting. My wife Shelly took the photos while
I was helping the kids. The day was great and some
of the kids that had never fished or ever held a
rod were taught how to cast, and I was told at least
one caught some fish it was a really fun time. -

I caught this 31.5" walleye
at Lahontan last fall. But due to the extreme low
water condition (that's the top of the dam in the
background) we had last year it only weighed 10
lbs. The fish was in very poor condition and I was
not able to successfully release it. Hope for more
water this year and I am sure we'll get a record
