If you have participated in Trout in the Classroom in the past we apologize but our old web site and data base have crashed and the developer is out of business.

We have a new system for you to use instead. It is how we track our volunteers for all of our other activities and it will be nice for us to have all of the information in one database.

To Register

Log in to the volunteer web site and create an account by clicking on your region Western, Southern, or Eastern.

After selecting your region above click on the “Sign Up for Job” button and then select the “New Volunteer Sign Up” link. When creating an account please include your best contact phone number. You only need to fill out two sections. All of the personal section and the Authorization section, name and date. When you are finished be sure to press the submit button near the top right corner of the form to complete registration. If you are interested in the other activities, feel free to select them and fill them out as well.

When you select 'Report My Services', as seen below, if you do not see any surveys please contact your regional coordinator.

To Apply for Eggs or Submit Your Final Report

After you log in click on 'Report My Service'

Use dropdown menu to select survey. (TIC Apply for Eggs or TIC Final Report)
If you do not see the appropriate surveys the NDOW staff needs to approve you and add you to the TIC job.

Fill out appropriate fields and click OK at the end to the survey.
There is no need to click the submit button afterwards (circled in yellow) as long as you use the OK button in the survey.

If you need to edit or view your report/survey after submitting
Select the “Log Book” button to the left of the “Report my Services” button and select the report you wish to modify or view and hit “Edit Selected Record Button”
