Fishing Clinics - Northern Region
The
Nevada Department of Wildlife offers fishing clinics through its
regional angler education programs for students of all ages. All
clinics require preregistration and are subject to change or cancellation
depending on weather conditions. Call the Department of Wildlife
at (775) 688-1559 for northern Nevada.
Class participants should plan on attending all days of the 3 day
session. Participants in 3 day classes should be in good physical
condition. This clinic involves wading into free stone rivers as
well as being able to navigate a pontoon boat or float tube. These
clinics occur on special regulation waters; single, barbless artificial
lures and flies only.
We hope our class schedules can fit your schedules and needs. If
not, check out free classes
offered by other organizations.
