Nevada Revised Statutues - Boating Laws
Basic laws to know:
- Persons born on or after January 1, 1983 will need to have completed a boating education course to operate a motorboat of more than 15 horsepower on Nevada’s interstate waters.
- Children under the age of 13 are required to wear a life jacket when under way on a vessel unless in an
enclosed cabin.
